Unemployment youth facing many challenges to persuade their dreams

Young unemployment they also have problems of knowing how to write some sort of things that needs to be on high level when they get to high evatiations school. To work as a group also play a big role that helps alot to improve my skills. University also contribute by assisting students to make sure that their skills being improved by having a place to deal with those who wants to their works to be moderated before it will be submitted.

In the university of Johannesburg they have a writting centre that where if the student want to know that in her/his assignment there is no mistake in terms of  writting spelling grammar. In a group it is also easy to look  and larn how other people did in their writting skills and reading to see where you did wrong in terms of spelling grammar. To work as a team it is important because it is easy to see how other people does and correct your writting grammar in that way your skill is also getting better. Writting centre also helps to us to improve our skills by showing us how to write an essay or cv and they check spelling grammar that really aid us in terms of personal growth and will also work for us in the future or industry.

The most important thing is that youth should involve themselves to media engagement and take it serious because the majority of unemployement youth they olny using social networks to have fun. Media engagement is very crucial because they also can find those people who runs the company in socila network like linkedin, e-mail and twitter. The most of youth unemployment in the coomunity they have social network but they using it just for fun and in the wrong way. Youth unemployment also believe in that you can not find a job in social network and the lack of information is the main reason that lead that people can trust social network vacancies. 

I learn that if  you find something on social media make sure that you done enough research about that organisation to find more information about is that for real or registered. For example some actor in SABC 1 go to entry for auditions that he find it on facebook but he did research to find out more about that auditions and he got a job although commence to read about it on facebook page. Unemployment youth should be involve themselve on social media and want to know more chances will be available on their social pages for instant companies post learnerships or internships on the internet. I also learn that owners of the company they always take a look on your social networks to see what kind of the person if you applied in their organisation. The government should play a role to come up with a solution of youth being unemployed such those who are willing to improve their future by giving them a support financial. Universities should be involved on students journey and working with companies so that could be easy to know if the some company is looking for the students in terms of internship or learnership.

URBAN FARMING AND FOOD SECURITY

Urban farming it is very important to the immigrants of urban areas to make sure that they contribute on growing crops in their communities. Urban local farmers also benefits from the their constituents  and contribute to the society. I learn so much about local farmers  that if the person has passionate about growing crops but does not have enough space to do it they have some their good ways to make it possible. Mr Sibisi have an empteous to grow vegetables and fruits he came up with a good idea to to grow crops on his back yard.

they do not have an adequate land to grow their crops. Mr Sibisi taught us many things about being a farmer although he is uneducated but he have more knowledge about farming. Other things that we learnt from our farmer is that if you have passion about something you should come up with a plan to make sure that your vision being successful. For instance Mr Sibisi use his back yard to grow crops because in township people they cannot even extend the yard when you wants to do something like the spare space to do whatever you want to do. He shows us that he has empteous about ploughing cause he take a decision to use his back yard the purpose of want to save money because the food price it is increasing each and every month. Mr Sibisi also doing some experiement by tesing other crops to plough it on the unusually season to grow that crop like sweet potatoes is only ploughing in winter but our farm try to prove that is real going to affect the crops that season ploughing or not. The most important thing is that our farm he did not purchase some fertilizer he is using natural like dung of goats and rotten leaves to make the soil fertile and will lead to produce good and more products.


 They also do crop rotation to make sure that the crops will grow fast and produce more products. Mr Sibisi have a talented on what he is doing cause he also make ground waterhole to avoid using water to irrigate his crops. The ground waterhole helps when it is raining to store water that will help when the soil getting dry and the crops absorb this water with the roots. To the farm  he grow vegetables and fruit such as Spinach, spring onion, green pepper, kidney beans, strawberries, chillies, pumkin, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrot, tomatoes, etc. Mr Sibisi he plough some other crops the purpose of  avoiding his vegetable on insects and rats. He taught us he always growing spring onino to make sure that insects and rats will never eat his crops and he us ash instead of blue death to kill insects in his garden. Our farm also believe in this slogan"' ONE HOME ONE GARDEN'' that why he grow crops for his family and sometime the society and he is also benefit from his community.

I have learnt so much although Mr Sibisi does not have enough land to grow his crops and that lead him to grow only for his family.The big problem is that in urban areas people are not allow to have big yard all residential they have small yards even they want to grow vegetables they cannot because they have not enough place. In urban areas people are not allowed to use water to irrigate their vegetables in terms of that our farmer shows us some ground water holes in his yard and told us these holes helps a lot when it is raining the water flow on it that assist the sand to stay wet. When the sand is getting dry the crop suck the water from those ground water holes. Our farmer he knows well everything about farming although he is uneducated the evidence of that he plough many different types of vegetables and fruit such as spinach, cabbage, lettuce, chillies, kidney beans, white beans, brinjols,  green peppers, strawberries, spring onion etc. Some of vegetables does he  grows because of the purpose it is also works to kill insects and rats like spring onion and also use ash instead of blue death. Mr Sibisi also use natural fertilizer to make sure that the crops produce more products. In terms of fertilizer he use goats dung to fertilize the soil and old rotten crops. Our farmer have more knowldge even things like environment he knows very well for instance he taught us about that other peoples says some vegetables needs to be ploughing only winter like sweet potatoes but he proved that it is not true because of the way the sweet potatoes produce more products in that season. He always come up with some new ideas by ploughing other crops in different season it could be grow to want to know it can produce good result even though is not the right season for those crops. The purpose of our farmer while he start to grow crop is to provide his community and supply local supermarket with fresh vegetables and also to benefits from them. Mr Sibisi also believe in that theme "ONE HOME ONE GARDEN'' that will make things easier for people to stay heathly by having those small vegetables garden in their homes. It is crucial to plough something in your yard like vegetables especially those people who are unemployemt to avoid poverty because prices of food are increasing each and everyday.

WE MUST HALT CORRUPTION TO EVERYBODY

South Africa needs to work on corruption to everyone, but this nonsense started by civil servants. I suppose that Nkandla issue is not only the problem we faced in this country because there is a lot of people out there doing the same thing such as Nkandla case. Protocol must be equal to everyone when it comes to pay their wages and to apply the same rule even are the Senior management especial including ministers, president and other employees that controls by the government. I suggest that we must try to increase technology to make a machine will pay for all civil servants but it be automatically to have nobody will operate this machine. I mean that because the most of people have no trust, unreliable only thing you can enter your detail and the system will show everything and payed them automatically by click on the only cash inserted on the automatic machine. I say so because corruption will never end when we are still being payment with cash or someone will be in charge of paying people's salaries. Corruption will end maybe we all being payed by only signing cheque and including money of the needs of the country(Country budgets). Journalist also participate as citizen by taking photos to demonstrate us what exactly they talks about and help those people did not see what kind of thing they talk about it.

The public protector did good job but we as South Africa we must look on both sides of the history of that person is being accused of doing something. I mean like the person have a bad history when it's comes to an economy and but also look on what time takes him or her to do something that lead them being accused. I think the public prosecutor also did all the mention above and even someone does not know the truth but this is impossible. Where the government get that kind of money to rebuild his home looks similar with the hotel including fancy kraal,swimming pool,security guard, clinic,married a lot. Although he is the president but all these thing count on too much he spent on this expanded home. Social media also help by posting it, to make thing easy for everybody to to see it on different social media even including traditional social media such as magazines, newspaper etc.

I also support politics sometimes because they are vital especial on parliament by repeal on their discussion and allowed to have dialogue statement about those topic they are on top the news or some where else. I think it also a good idea to have place to held discussion on what is on the board and also to hear other peoples opinions. The most political parties play a role are those disagree parties because they research deep about what is going on the the ruled party and other political parties as well. I suggest that these parties they must do it in a good way, not because they want someone to being retrenchment on his position. It's seems like other parties they have bad mouth about other peoples life, by doing that to black mail them or to destroy someones reputation. Journalist also make sure that they get information of everybody and they publish it whether it honest or just defamation that where the parliament intervening to review about that rum ours.

I think all countries must contribute whether they are not near or affected with any other rare diseases. Countries suppose to play a role by assisting each other and being hungry for information about anything else will affect the world. Ebola seems it started in the long time ago, but no one takes it seriously in terms of doing research about how to prevent it,symptoms, and how it transmitted to one another. I also suggest that those people who are passionate about to know or doing experiment/test ''scientist'' by using living or none living things to be careful thoroughly because other people get infection the time they do tests or experiments. The government also must encourage the health department to teach and encourage people about anything that will had a bad impact in the world, to take care their lives when we feel not well whether is  usually symptoms you had  prior must visit health. The most people like animals I think sometimes it easy to get any diseases that knows belong on that kind of animal for example swine flue known as pig disease, avian influenza also known as chicken disease but now also people get infected by these ailments. This disease it is incredible the way it transmitted to another person, how can we measure that now it really left the enough space between the people we are sitting next to that person. Other things makes life complicated like people being affected with this untreated disease they die like the chicken infected by Newcastle (NB) I mean it's takes maybe a week to suffered with the Ebola. People must take everything seriously even though some part of the family have  usually symptoms such as headache, fever, diarrhoea, vomiting, etc. They should visit the clinic immediately before it's too late. The circle that shows us how we get affected

Ebola virus still infectious for a week after death that means people must be careful it's does not matter it already the person death because the virus is still alive on his/her body. To those people who like to tour camp they must do some research about the place they are going to visit or spend more than two days. In fact to know how the place will be secure to them and what kind of a place in terms of preparing everything will be make them safety and comfortable on their travelling camp. Actually you will never know what you the most like to camp on bushes /old places like closed hotel long time ago and nobody knows about that location. I mean they never know what going to happen there and these animal are everywhere such as monkeys, bats, etc and it easy for these animals to move from one country to another. People must make sure that they do not hunting animals cause they will also get transmitted by eating those meat and they will not cooking it properly to protect them on germs and other disease that belongs to those animals. I agree, the most of people likes to used easy ways such as using social media whether they want to know about something else rapidly.

People also make sure that they want information about any disease whether it affected other countries not their country because we travels as human beings and we never know where others came from in terms of affected countries such Guinea, Ivory Coast etc. It is crucial to work on something rapidly that affect the peoples life before it takes more life of citizen like HIV & AIDS does in past few years. I thought must find out treatment early for Ebola including swine although it been hidden for just now. In case to prepare for that when it comes back we already know what we are going to do as  a country.  All countries must  participate by making sure that security tight in boarder gate no one will jump or break the law in terms of entrance into other countries without obtaining a permit. I think journalists play a role to show us that other people they will jump the boarder fence if they do not made it on the high level that will do not let people to jump the fence.
